The main objective of The Frill Bag is to have two bags in one. It can either be a small purse or a big tote bag. The important aspect was the size – the unfolded bag should easily fit the A4 documents. The handbag strap is the key to changing its size, the piping allows you to ruffle the bag and fold it into a smaller purse.
